Running a Partnership
Here you can view the related obligations of a partnership, during its operation, in order to maintain an updated registry with the Registrar of Companies.
Closing a Partnership
In case a partnership ceases its operations, it must notify accordingly the Registry of Companies, or in case the Registrar of Companies has reasonable reason that the partnership does not curry business may proceed with its strike off.
