CONFIRMATION OF BENEFICIAL OWNERS' INFORMATION IN THE BENEFICIAL OWNERSHIP REGISTER SYSTEM FOR THE YEAR 2026

The Department of the Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property (DRCIP) informs that all companies incorporated or registered under the Companies Law, Cap. 113, all European Public Limited Companies (SEs), and all Partnerships (hereinafter referred to as "Organizations"), are required to access the Beneficial Ownership Resister (BOR) system between 1st October 2026 and 31st December 2026, in order to proceed with the confirmation of the details of their Beneficial Owners (BOs) or Senior Management Officials (SMOs) or to apply due diligence (as applicable in each case).  read more

SUBMISSION OF INCOME TAX INFORMATION REPORT IN ACCORDANCE WITH LAW 138(I)/2024

The Department of Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property informs that the submission of the Income Tax Information Report by companies falling within the scope of the provisions of Law 138(I)/2024, for financial years commencing on or after June 22, 2024, is carried out through the Department's cashier upon payment of a submission fee of twenty euro (€20).  read more
