CONFIRMATION OF BENEFICIAL OWNERS' INFORMATION IN THE BENEFICIAL OWNERSHIP REGISTER SYSTEM FOR THE YEAR 2025

The Department of the Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property (DRCIP) informs that all companies incorporated or registered under the Companies Law, Cap. 113, all European Public Limited Companies (SEs), and all Partnerships (hereinafter referred to as "Organizations"), are required to access the Beneficial Ownership Resister (BOR) system between 1st October 2025 and 31st December 2025, in order to proceed with the confirmation of the details of their Beneficial Owners (BOs) or Senior Management Officials (SMOs) or to apply due diligence (as applicable in each case).  read more
