The Department of Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property informs that the submission of the Income Tax Information Report by companies falling within the scope of the provisions of Law 138(I)/2024, for financial years commencing on or after June 22, 2024, is carried out through the Department's cashier upon payment of a submission fee of twenty euro (€20).

It is noted that the procedure for the submission of the Report will be revised upon the implementation of the Department's new electronic system, expected within the first quarter of 2027 and a relevant Announcement will be issued in due course.

The Report must be prepared in accordance with the common template and electronic reporting formats provided for in the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/2952 of 29 November 2024 laying down a common template and electronic reporting formats for the application of Directive 2013/34/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the information to be presented in reports on income tax information. It is further noted that the European Commission has developed a voluntary tool for the generation of the Report, so as to assist companies falling within the scope of the Law.
