Το Τμήμα Εφόρου Εταιρειών και Διανοητικής Ιδιοκτησίας (ΤΕΕΔΙ) ενημερώνει ότι όλες οι εταιρείες που έχουν συσταθεί ή εγγραφεί βάσει του περί Εταιρειών Νόμου, Κεφ. 113, όλες οι Ευρωπαϊκές Δημόσιες Εταιρείες περιορισμένης ευθύνης (SE) και όλοι οι Συνεταιρισμοί (εφεξής Οργανισμοί) ή αξιωματούχοι/συνεταίροι τους αντίστοιχα, καλούνται να εισέλθουν στο σύστημα του Μητρώου Πραγματικών Δικαιούχων (ΜΠΔ) από την 1ην Οκτωβρίου 2024 μέχρι και την 31η Δεκεμβρίου 2024 και να προβούν στην ενέργεια της επιβεβαίωσης των στοιχείων των πραγματικών δικαιούχων (ΠΔ) ή των ανώτατων διοικητικών στελεχών ή της δέουσας επιμέλειας (ότι εφαρμόζεται στην κάθε περίπτωση). read more
