Incorporating a European Economic Interest Grouping
Legal persons incorporated and maintain a registered office or corporate seat within the European Union and natural persons carrying out business activities in the EU can pursue the incorporation of a European Economic Interest Grouping (EEIG), provided that at least two (2) of its members have their central management (in case of legal person) or exercise their business activities (in case of natural person) in different Member-States.
