To proceed with the registration of the European Economic Interest Grouping (EEIG) you must first decide on:

the name of EEIG;
the officers of EEIG;
the address of the seat of EEIG ;
the members;
the objects of EEIG;
the contract of formation of EEIG;
the duration of EEIG.
