Fill in and submit, by hand/post, the following form (ED5) to transfer the corporate seat of a European company to the Republic of Cyprus, by paying the fee of twenty euros (€20) and an additional fee of one hundred euros (€100) in case you wish to accelerate the procedure.

The fees are payable in cash, by cheque, via an account maintained with the Department of Registrar of Companies or by bank transfer.

If you wish to obtain, with the registration of your company, to obtain certified copies you must present a copy of the memorandum and articles of association and pay an additional fee of one hundred and twenty euros (€120) or a fee of one hundred and thirty euros (€130) if a copy of the memorandum and articles of association is not submiteed and the additional fee of one hundred euros (€100) if you wish the process to be accelerated.
