Repeal of the stamp Duties Laws of 1963 to 2025, Law No. 239(I)/2025
Following the announcement of the Tax Department regarding the repeal of the stamp Duties Laws of 1963 to 2025, Law No. 239(I)/2025, the Department of the Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property announces that documents submitted to the Department do not require stamp duty as of 01/01/2026.
