Campaign for Updating the Cooperative Registry Without a Postal Code
As part of efforts to ensure the accuracy and updating of the Cooperative Registry, the Department of Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property urges all registered cooperatives to check the address of their workplace registered in the Registrar of Companies Registry, including the postal code declaration, and if there are any changes, to update the Registry using the corresponding form.
The above is deemed necessary to enable any updates to cooperatives regarding matters that concern them.
Cooperatives that have not updated their workplace address and do not have a postal code may not have received any letters concerning registration matters and confirmation/updating of beneficial owner details in the electronic Registry of Beneficial Owners of Companies and other Legal Entities as part of the Department’s compliance campaigns.
