Fill in and submit form HE61 to withdraw an application for your company’s voluntary strike off from the companies’ register, by paying the fee of twenty euros (20) and an additional fee of twenty euro (€20) in case you wish to accelerate the procedure.

The following new form HE61 has been implemented as from December 6th, 2021, in replacement of the letter.
