Fill in and submit, by hand/post, the form notifying the issuance of debentures of an overseas company, registered with the Registrar of Companies, (form ΑΕ9) to update accordingly your company's register, by paying the fee of twenty euro (€20) and an additional fee of twenty euro (€20) in case you wish to accelerate the procedure.

The following new form ΑΕ9 has been implemented as from December 6th, 2021, in replacement of form HE25 as regards to overseas companies.
