The Transfer of a Registered Office of Companies into and outside the Republic Regulations govern, among others, the forms submitted to the Registrar of Companies by companies transfering their registered office into our outside the Republic of Cyprus.
The Transfer of a Registered Office of Companies into and outside the Republic Regulations of 2007 and the amending Regulations of 2018 are provided.
