E-mail address for return applications of Annual Return (HE32)
The Department of the Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property hereby announces that an e-mail account was created supportHE32@drcor.meci.gov.cy for the public to send requests for return of form HE32 (Annual Reports accompanied by Financial Statements) provided the Returns are still under review, i.e. have not been registered in the company's file.
For the HE32 to be returned the application can be made for one of 3 reasons namely:
- Uploading of incorrect financial statements
- Incorrect annual return date
- Submission of documents former to the submission of the HE32
Please keep in mind the following:
- In the case of a request filed because of incorrect annual return date, the Department will carry out the necessary examination and will proceed to return the document only in cases where this is compatible with the company’s file.
- Only the applicant who submitted and paid for the HE32 may file a request for return of HE32.
