Penalties imposed during the interim solution for the beneficial owner Register
During the implementantion of the interim solution for the collection of beneficial owner details NO penalties will be imposed including those regarding:
- Company established before 12.03.21 and must submit the data within one year,
- Company established after 12.03.21 and must submit the data within thirty days,
- In case of change within fourteen days
