Solemn Declaration by Obliged Entities accompanying the application for access to the Beneficial Owner's Register
The Department Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property following the announcement dated 28/11/2022 as regards the suspension of access to the Beneficial Owner Register for the general public, announces that a Solemn Declaration which the obliged entities must submit along with their application for the issuance of Beneficial Ownership information, has been published on the Companies Section website.
An application that is not accompanied by the Solemn Declaration will not be accepted.
