Submission of Annual Return
The Department of Registrar of Companies hereby announces that all companies, which have submitted their annual return (HE32) dated up to 14/01/2016 accompanied by the financial statements of 2014, should submit with the Registrar the following:
- Financial Statements for the year 2015 (fee 20 euros) with no other accompanying document; and
- Annual Return (HE32) for 2015 accompanied by the financial statements of 2014 (fee 40 euros).
