The main criteria of review of the form HE37 are:

• company name and number;
• full name and address of receiver or manager;
• Period covered by the account excerpt: six months/twelve months (depending on the case);
• signature of receiver/ manager.

Attention: Prior the submission of form HE37 the form HE39 or HE40, must be submitted accordingly to appointment of the receiver/ manager (by creditor or by Court Order).

Most common reasons for rejection of the form by the examiner:

• the form submitted is not the statutory form;
• the submission of form HE39 or HE40 did not precede;
• failure to complete/ submit the above details.
