The main criteria of review are:

• registration number and overseas company name have been completed;
• signed by an authorised person;
• the company is inactive;
• the company does not have any assets and liabilities;
• the strike off date (the date is filled-in by the applicant and must be later than the latest submitted change);
• request the strike off from the register of foreign companies.

Most common reasons for rejection of the form by the examiner:

• failure to complete the above details.
