In case the final beneficial owner is a listed company on a regulated market or subject to equivalent international standards , the following information must be submitted:

• Listed company name-(mandatory field)
• Registration number *(if any)
• Country of jurisdiction-(mandatory field) 
• Regulated market name-(mandatory field)
• Country of regulated market- (mandatory field)
• Nature and extent of the beneficial interest

It is clarified that the nature and extent of the beneficial interest will be submitted exclusively on the percentage of the company listed on a regulated market that is subject to disclosure requirements consistent with Union law or subject to equivalent international standards in the entity.
