Obtaining Business Name’s Certified Copies

Overview

You may request the issue of a business name's certified copy or certificate from the Registrar of Companies. It is noted that, the he certified copy/certificate shall reflect the structure of the business name on the basis of what has been notified to the business name register up to its date of issue. 

In particular, the Registrar of Companies issues the following certificates and certified copies:

  • Certified Copy of Certificate of incorporation
  • Certified Copy of Certificate of Changes
  • Certified Copy of Place of Business' Address
  • Certificate of Business Name's Good Standing
  • Certified Copy of Strike Off
  • Certificate of no bankruptcy/liquidation of Business Name's owner
  • Certified Copy of Business Name's statutory forms

Submitting a request for the issuance of certified copies/certificates
