When do I need to file an Annual Return
The annual return must be made up to six (6) months from the end of the financial year of the partnership and must be filed within twenty eight days (28) from its drafting date.
For example, if the financial year of the partnership has ended on 30/06/2018, the annual return must be drawn by 30/12/2018 and filed with the Registrar of Companies by 27/01/2019.
