Initial and relevant obligations

The partnership must maintain its main place of business within the Republic of Cyprus, which must not be a mail box. At the main place of business of the partnership is where, all notifications and notices are sent as required by the General and Limited Partnerships and Business Name Law.

The notification of the partnership’s place of business is done with the submission, to the Registrar of Companies, of form Σ1 while applying for the registration of a partnership. Any amendments to the address of the place of business is done with the submission, to the Registrar of Companies, of form Σ2 within seven (7) days from its change.

Note that the address of the place of business of the partnership is published in the electronic register of the Registrar of Companies.
