Company Incorporation Forms
Fill in and submit the following forms to register a company, by paying the total fee of one hundred and sixty-five euros (€165) or two hundred and thirty-five euros (€235) in the case of a company with no share capital:
- Statutory declaration (form HE1) signed and sworn by the entrusted lawyer at the court;
- Notification of the company’s registered office address (form HE2);
- Notification of the information regarding the first directors and secretary of the company (form HE3).

In the case of incorporating a public company, the consent of the persons who will act as directors (form HE5) must also be submitted, together with an additional fee of twenty euro (€20).
In order to accelerate the registration process, an additional fee of one hundred euros (€100) is required.
If you wish, with the registration of your company, to obtain certified copies of the Certificates relating to the Incorporation of your company, you must present a copy of the memorandum and articles of association and pay an additional fee of one hundred and twenty euros (€120). If a copy of the memorandum and articles of association is not submitted, you must pay the fee of one hundred and thirty euros (€130) and the additional fee of one hundred euros (€100) if you wish the process to be accelerated.
Alternatively, you can register your company via e-filing by paying the corresponding amount as above.
