Fill in and submit the form of change to the charter, articles of association, memorandum of association or other constitutional documents of an overseas company (form AE4), within fifteen (15) days from the date of change, to amend either the memorandum/articles of association or other constitutional documents of the overseas company, either its name or its capital, by paying the fee of forty euros (€40) and the fee of twenty euros (€20) in case you wish to accelerate the procedure.
