SE Incorporation by conversion of a public limited liability company
A public limited liability company incorporated under the Companies Law and maintaining its registered office and head offices in the Republic of Cyprus, may be converted into an SE Company, provided that the last two (2) years it has a subsidiary company governed by the law of another member state.
