Registering application for partnership's strike off

The partnership’s dissolution is notified to the Registrar of Companies by submitting the form for changes to the partnership’s particulars  (form Σ2), by hand/post, including the following necessary information:

• name and registration number of partnership;
• date of dissolution of the partnership;
• signatures of the partners binding the partnership.

Provided that the Registrar of Companies is satisfied that all relevant requirements have been met, he will strike off the partnership from the register, issue a certificate of registration of changes of the particulars of the limited and general partnership regarding the dissolution of the partnership, and proceed to publish the strike off in the Official Gazette of the Republic. 

Furthermore, if the partnership requires the issuance of a Certificate of Dissolution, a relevant request may be submitted to obtain certified copies /certificates.
