Fill in and submit, the form for full or partial settlement of a charge or release of property charged by an overseas company (form AE11) to update your company's register, by paying the fee of twenty euro (€20) and an additional fee of twenty euro (€20) in case you wish to accelerate the procedure.

The following new consolidated form ΑΕ11 has been implemented as from December 6th, 2021, in replacement of forms ΗΕ28, ΗΕ29 and ΗΕ30 as regards to overseas companies.
