Fill in and submit the following form (form ΕΟΟΣ5) to notify the establishment or termination of the branch of a European Economic Interest Grouping (EEIG), by paying the fee of fifty euro (€50) and an additional fee of one hundred euro (€20) in case you wish to accelerate the process.

The fees are payable in cash, by cheque, via an account maintained with the Department of Registrar of Companies or via bank transfer.
