Fill in and submit, form for the partial or full settlement of mortgage or release of mortgaged property (form AE14), within twenty-one (21) days from the date of the settlement of mortgage, to update accordingly an overseas company's register, by paying the fee of twenty euro (€20) and an additional fee of twenty euro (€20) in case you wish to accelerate the procedure.

The following new consolidated form ΑΕ14 has been implemented as from December 6th, 2021, in replacement of forms ΗΕ30 and ΗΕ31 as regards to overseas companies.
