Fill in and submit the particulars of a charge created by an overseas company registered with the Registrar of Companies and the particulars of acquisition of property already subject to a charge (form ΑΕ7Ε(1)) to update accordingly your company's register, by paying the respective fee depending on the value of the charge and an additional fee of twenty euro (€20) in case you wish to accelerate the procedure:

• €140 (€0- 17086,01);
• €240 (€17086,01-34172,03);
• €380 (€34172,03-85430,07);
• €540 (€85430,07-170860,14);
• €640 (€170860,14 and above).

In case of failing to timely submit the form, an additional fee of twenty euro (€20) is payable along with the submission of the relevant court order for extension of the submission time.

The following new form ΑΕ7Ε(1) has been implemented as from December 6th, 2021, in replacement of form HE24 as regards to the details of charges created by an overseas company.
