Extension for the payment by the companies of the Annual Levy for the year 2022

The Department of the Registrar of Companies hereby announces that according to the recent amendment to the Companies Law, which was introduced via Law L.96(I)/2022, the final date for the payment of the Annual Levy for 2022 by all registered companies is extended to 31 December 2022, without the imposition of a penalty. read more

Το Τμήμα Εφόρου Εταιρειών και Διανοητικής Ιδιοκτησίας του Υπουργείου Ενέργειας, Εμπορίου και Βιομηχανίας, υπενθυμίζει ότι η τελευταία ημερομηνία υποβολής των στοιχείων πραγματικών δικαιούχων στο Μητρώο Πραγματικών Δικαιούχων είναι η 31η Ιουλίου 2022. read more
