An overseas company, at the time of the establishment of the place of business with the Registrar of Companies has to comply with relevant conditions and, from the moment of its establishment, fulfil certain obligations regarding the following:

Directors and Secretary;
Authorised Person;
Share capital;
Constitutional Documents;
Objects;
Financial Statements;
Annual Fee;
