Nullity of EEIG
A European Economic Interest Grouping (EEIG) may be nullified by the court. The nullity of EEIG result in its liquidation.
The court’s decision establishing or declaring the nullity of EEIG is notified by the form for notification of documents and details (ΕΟΟΣ4). For more information, you can refer to the webpage of the Insolvency Service.
Upon completion of the procedure of filing its court order, the Registrar of Companies publishes its strike off in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Cyprus and notifies the Publications Office of the European Union accordingly.
