In order to proceed with the establishment of an EEIG branch in the Republic of Cyprus you must first decide on the following:
- the address of the branch;
- and to make sure that the relevant requirements are met in relation to the following:
- officers;
- members;
- objects of EEIG;
- contract of formation of EEIG;
- duration of EEIG.
