Once you obtain the certificate from the Registrar of Companies, which confirms the execution of deeds and formulations before the transfer, you may submit it to the member state companies register which the SE registered office address will be transfered.
Once the SE transfer of registered address to the member state is completed, the competent authority notifies the Registrar of Companies, which proceeds to strike off the company and issues the certificate of transfer of registered office. The transfer of registered office is published in the member-states concerned.
The certificate of transfer of registered office can be received either from the Department's post office boxes, the Point of Single Contact Cyprus or via post.
It is noted that, once the European company ceases to be considered as registered in the Republic of Cyprus from the date of filing of registered office to the member state register.
