EEIG strike off due to transfer of seat
EEIG’s strike off due to transfer of seat
Once the filing of the transfer of EEIG’s seat to the member-state is completed, the Registrar of Companies proceeds with its strike off, provided that its registration with the register of the new seat is evidenced. The transfer of EEIG’s seat is published in the member-states concerned.
It is noted that, an EEIG is deemed to have ceased to be registered in the Republic of Cyprus from the date of filing of its seat with the companies register of the member-state.
