Certificate of registered office transfer

Provided that the Registrar of Companies is satisfied that all relevant legal requirements for the incorporation of SE have been met accordingly with the legislation and Council Regulation (EC) no. 2167/200, he will proceed with the registration of transfer of SE in the Republic of Cyprus, the issuance of the certificate of company’s registered office transfer, the publication to the Official Gazette of the Republic of Cyprus and will notify the publication office of the European Union. At the same time, the Registrar of Companies notifies the transfer of SE’s registered address  to the competent authority of the Member State.

With the issuance of the certificate of incorporation from the Registrar of Companies, it is certified that the SE company has been registered in the Republic of Cyprus.The registration number is set out on the certificate of incorporation.

The certificate of transfer of registered office can be picked up from a mail box at the central offices of the Department of the Registrar of Companies or from the Point of Single Contact Cyprus (One Stop Shop) or it can be received by post. 

Certified Copies

Optionally, by paying the fee of one hundred and twenty euros (€120) accompanied with a certified copy of the memorandum and articles of association, or at the cost of one hundred and thirty euros (€130) if no copy is attached and the fee of one hundred euros (€100) in case of accelerated process, the following certificates/certified copies of the company are issued:

• Certificate of Members;
• Certificate of Directors and Secretary;
• Certificate of Registered Office Address;
• Certified copy of Company’s Memorandum and Articles of Association
• Certified copy of the Certificate of Incorporation.
