Overview

You may request the issue of a certified copy as well as a certificate of an overseas company which maintains a place of business in the Republic of Cyprus. It is noted that the certified copy/certificate shall reflect the structure of the overseas company on the basis of what has been notified to the companies register up to its date of issue.

In particular, the Registrar of Companies issues the following certificates and certified copies:

• Certified Copy of registered document;
• Certificate of Place of  Business Address;
• Certificate of Directors;
• Certificate of Authorised Persons;
• Certificate of good standing;
• Certificate of Strike-Off;
• Certified Copy of Certificate of establishment of an Overseas Company;
• Certified Copy of Change of Name;
• Certified Copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association;
• Certified Copy of documents.

It is noted that the certificate of directors, of authorised persons as well of the place of business address can  be provided for a specific date and a period.

Submiting a request for certified copies/certificates
