Before the incorporation of a company
In order to proceed with the incorporation of your company, you must first decide upon:
- the type of your company;
- the name of your company;
- the address of the registered office;
- the directors and the secretary;
- the members and the share capital;
- the objects of the company;
- the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the company.
Furthermore, in order to be able to incorporate your company online, you must first register on the e-Filing of Documents system. For further information please visit the obtain access to e-filing page.
