Filing financial statements

Failure to comply

Prosecuting Company, its Officers and authorised persons

Failure to file  financial statements is considered to be a criminal offence and in the event of conviction the company  and every one of its officer or authorised persons responsible for the ommision is liable to a fine not  exceeding the maximum amount of four hundred and twenty seven euros (€427) or a further charge of forty two euros (€42) for every day the failure to comply continues.
