Late filing
Every overseas company that maintains a place of business in the Republic of Cyprus, shall prepare for every financial year to the Registrar of Companies for registration, copies of:
- the financial statements;
- the management report; and
- the company's audit report.
that were presented at the last general meeting of the overseas company and were published in accordance to the law of the state of incorporation.
