How do i file the financial statements?

You may submit to the Registrar of Companies by hand/post the following:

• financial statements of overseas company accompanied by
  • management report;
  • the company's audit report; or 
  • a certificate that the company is exmpted( in case where the company is exempted) and

• financial statements of overseas company’s place of business (unless is exempted) accompanied by:
  • management report;
  • company's audit report;
• the fee of forty euros (€40);
• additional  fee of twenty euros (€20) must be paid if the accelerated procedure is required.

You are advised to refer to the main criteria of review and most common reasons for rejection,so as to acquire a better understanding of what is required to facilitate the process further.
